IHS QUE$TOR 2018 Q1 is a new release of the cost estimating software.
Al- cost databases have been reviewed and updated to incorporate current unit rates, exchange rates and man hour costs for al- regions to reflect first quarter 2017 prices.
The main technica- enhancementsmade to QUE$TOR 2018 Q1 are:
– Direct electrica- heating
– Subsea umbilicals
– Heat losses in buried subsea flowlines
– Lease moorings
– Decommissioning of leased tankers and topsides
– Onshore drilling duration factors for HPHT wells
– Onshore drilling HPHT cost enhancements
