Schlumberger VISTA 2025

Schlumberger VISTA 2025 is the latest version of VISTA desktop seismic data processing software from SLB (Schlumberger). This Windows-based application provides comprehensive processing from early acquisition QC to final interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data, including land, marine, and vertical seismic profile (VSP) workflows. VISTA 2025 introduces a range of enhancements focused on improving user experience, efficiency, workflow stability, and interactive capabilities—enabling geophysicists, service companies, and academic users to validate data quality early, optimize velocities and statics, and achieve high-quality imaging results faster.

The release delivers new interactive windows, additional flow commands, expanded options for existing commands, and overall workflow stability improvements, making it easier to navigate complex datasets and evaluate processing steps seamlessly.

• New Interactive Radon Analysis Window: Dedicated interactive tool for radon domain processing and noise attenuation; improved visualization and parameter control for better multiple removal and signal preservation.
• New Flow Commands:
  • InfoSEGD: Text write SEGD information for header and trace data export/documentation.
  • ProjXY: Project shot and/or receiver XY coordinates onto a straight line for easier geometry handling and crooked-line processing.
