The most important feature that distinguishes IP software from other software is that IP is able to interactively interpret and graph in real time, while other interpretation software requires manual input and recalculation of the parameters to be displayed on the graph, and the user has to wait for the end of the run to know whether the result is appropriate or not and whether it needs to be adjusted again. The user can drag and drop the parameters directly on the graph with the mouse, and after adjustment, the software can recalculate and display the results in real time.
The main functions of the IP software are modular, in addition to the basic mud content calculation module, porosity and water saturation calculation module, physical properties of the lower limit and interpretation of the results of the module, but also contains 12 optional advanced modules.
IP has its own interface with OpenWorks, Geoframe, Geolog, etc., and can read and write directly to their databases, thus saving a lot of time for data import and export.
