The programming length calculation determines the optimum length for completing a calculated toolpath without part violation. The programming length calculation is also available for the subsequent simulation and collision check of toolpaths.

The NC jobs from all modules may be rotated, moved, transformed or mirrored with Job transformation. All properties of the NC job, such as climb cut/conventional cut, approach/ retract macros, and G02/G03 radius recognition are saved.
For mirrored parts, process reliable machining programs can be created with the touch of a button.
During assignment, users can modify the tool, layer and NC head in the NC job administration.
This allows a user to quickly and easily define NC finishing jobs by modifying archived NC prefinishing jobs and changing all necessary parameters.
3+2 Axis roughing
The new strategy for contour-parallel roughing supports the whole climb cut and avoids unnecessary full cuts. A lace cycle may be selected, reducing idle travel, if the material and tool permit this.
This strategy further evens out the machine and tool loads of Tebis roughing programs.
The roughing strategies now offer individual parameters for contour rounding, path rounding and path smoothing.
